Virginia Rep. James Walkinshaw is calling for Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s impeachment, accusing him of failing America’s service members and undermining military leadership. Speaking on ABC News Live, the Democratic congressman slammed Hegseth for allegedly removing experienced military leaders over personal, political, and identity-based objections, while criticizing his handling of the war and leadership of the Pentagon. Walkinshaw says Hegseth has also failed to uphold the Constitution and pledged to vote for impeachment when Congress returns in November.
