US Rep. James Walkinshaw (D-Fairfax) is committed to serving on the House Oversight Committee if elected. At Mark Warner’s election watch party in Alexandria, Walkinshaw said his 2027 plans include investigating DOGE, rolling back tariffs, and undoing Medicaid cuts. “The corruption that has been exposed, I suspect, is the tip of the iceberg,” Walkinshaw said.
