Virginia supervisor charged after daring a data center critic to parking lot confrontation

During a Warren County board meeting, Supervisor U. Henry publicly told resident J. Newell he’d meet him outside after reading social media posts Henry said were threatening and profane. Witnesses later told Fox 5 they saw Henry push Newell to the ground before deputies stepped in. Henry now faces a misdemeanor assault and battery charge and is due in court Oct. 21.
