Lynchburg Police Chief Ken Edwards told City Council that if Flock cameras disappear, the department still has other options. He pointed to other vendors and to Hill City Connect, a voluntary program that lets residents and businesses register outward-facing security cameras with police — and even give officers access to footage for criminal investigations.
