For Virginia voter Tracy, Election Day is about more than which party controls Congress. She told Dogwood she’s hoping Democrats take back the House, but she’s also keeping a close eye on Virginia’s ballot measures on reproductive rights and same-sex marriage. Her biggest concern? Protecting the rights of women and marginalized communities, and having a Congress willing to stand up to the White House.
