2. Blue Willow Tea Room

Blue Willow Tea Room is located in historic Old Towne Petersburg in an 1815 Federal townhouse adjacent to Penniston’s Alley Antiques. 6. Miss Minerva’s Tea Room
Location: 307 South Main St., Culpeper, VA 22701
Miss Minerva’s Tea Room has been an integral part of Downtown Culpeper for over 20 years. Originally opened as ‘Tea, Lace & Roses’ by Joan Byrnes in 2002, ownership passed to employees Pat Settle and then Ashleigh Price, who changed the name to Miss Minerva’s. Now owned by Mindel Hale and Heather Griffin, the tearoom has found a new home in the historic Art Deco-style State Theater on Main Street, built in 1937 originally as a movie theater.
They offer a seasonal menu that changes every few months to highlight fresh, local produce and flavors.

Camella’s Remember When in Abingdon attracts visitors from around the world. Their story began when owners Daniel and Clarissa Luna took over from Heather Van Cleave of Queen Bee and Co., who was diagnosed with breast cancer in late 2022. The tearoom’s name honors both Clarissa’s great aunt Lillie M. Kleven, who established American libraries overseas in the 1950s, and Heather, who is now cancer-free.
For Mother’s Day (May 1-17), they’re offering a special experience featuring Fortnum & Mason Tea Flight and Richmond’s Favorites Tea Tower Experience for $75 per person, with elegant settings in their century-old building providing unique photo opportunities.
