Your COVID-19 vaccine card can now be used to access a wide variety of free programs and deals designed to encourage consumers to get the shot.

As of June 9, the CDC reports that only 42.5% of Americans are fully vaccinated. While the country strives to reach its 70% herd immunity goal, companies across the US are rolling out incentives to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Here’s a list of some of the best perks, besides saving lives, that are available to those who get the shot.

Free Child Care

Several childcare services are offering to help parents who either need time to get the shot or time to recover from its side effects.

Bright Horizons, KinderCare, and Learning Care Group are providing free child care to parents and caregivers while they’re getting the vaccine and recuperating from it. The YMCA offers free child care for parents and caregivers during vaccination appointments.

Perks for Vaccinated People Online

Dating apps are incentivizing customers to get the vaccine by offering them exclusive access.

BLK and Chispa boosts user profiles that post their vaccination status on the app. On Bumble, Hinge, Match, and Tinder, you can get premium content for adding your vaccine status to your profile.

Free Rides to Vaccine Appointments

Would you like to get your COVID-19 vaccine, but have no transportation?

Both Lyft and Uber offer free rides to vaccination sites.

Sweepstakes and Prizes for Customers With a Vaccine

If you’re hoping to celebrate your shot with a trip or a treat, your vaccination card can also help you do that.

CVS is giving vaccinated customers a chance to enter a sweepstakes and win a free cruise, Super Bowl LVI tickets, and cash prizes.

DoorDash is offering $2 million in gift cards to community health centers that are incentivizing vaccinations.

Krispy Kreme offers a free donut to customers who show their vaccination card.

Kroger is offering a sweepstakes to win $1 million and free groceries for a year to vaccinated customers.

The National Football League has created a drawing to win 50 tickets to Super Bowl LVI for vaccinated fans.

This month, if you’re vaccinated you can also enter to win free tickets to a Major League Baseball game.

Major League Soccer is offering vaccinated fans a sweepstakes to win a trip to the 2021 All-Star Game.

If you’re a NASCAR fan with a vaccine card, you can enter their sweepstakes to win tickets to the 2022 Daytona 500 race.

Spotify is giving vaccinated customers the opportunity to enter a sweepstakes and win tickets to Independent Music Venues.

United Airlines is offering a “Your Shot to Fly” Sweepstakes for Mileage Plus members with a vaccine card. Members can enter to win a year of free flights or a roundtrip for two in any class of service.

Vitamin Shoppe has free healthy snacks or beverages if you show them your vaccine card.

Coupons and Discounts

Are you a Coupon Queen or a savvy shopper? Some stores are offering a percentage off of your purchases to people who receive the COVID vaccine at their location. Others are offering deals and gift cards to customers who show proof of vaccination.

Acme, Albertsons, Carrs, Haggen, Jewel-Osco, Randalls, Pavilions, Safeway, Shaws, Star Market, Tom Thumb, United Supermarkets, and Vons all offer 10% off your purchase after getting a vaccination at one of their locations.

Major League Soccer offers a 30% discount for in-stadium purchases to vaccinated customers.

The National Football League offers customers with a vaccine card a 25% discount on merchandise.

Target offers $5 off your purchase to customers who get a vaccine at a CVS located in their store.
