Virginia Rep. James Walkinshaw said just one of ICE’s roughly 22,000 officers faced disciplinary action for violating the agency’s use-of-force policies over an 18-month period. The unusually low figure amounts to disciplinary action against less than one-hundredth of 1% of the agency’s officers during that span, something Walkinshaw said was “not possible.”
